Till then, pull out that sensually engaged, couple encrusted covered book and read it in public with pride. Romances make up over half the mass market paperback sales in the U.S. alone and anyone that rips on you for reading one is just jealous their reading material isn’t raking in the bucks like yours. We are many, we are smart, we are versatile, we spend a shit load on books – we are romance readers.
